Стратегическая сессия образовательно-производственных кластеров и образовательных кластеров среднего профессионального образования в колледже «Энергия»

 В 2023 году ГБПОУ «Улан-Удэнский авиационный техникум» вошел в амбициозный федеральный проект «Профессионалитет» и вот в конце календарного года в Подмосковье подвели первые итоги реализации проекта по всем регионам Российской Федерации.

С 18 по 20 декабря 2023 года в Подмосковном колледже «Энергия» прошли итоговые защиты программ деятельности кластеров в рамках стратегических сессий образовательно-производственных кластеров и образовательных кластеров среднего профессионального образования, созданных в 2023 году.

Основная цель – анализ эффективности реализации федерального проекта «Профессионалитет» кластерами среднего профессионального образования, созданными в 2023 году, а также разработка концепций их перспективного развития.

На итоговую защиту программы кластера Машиностроение Республики Бурятия в подмосковный город Реутов выехала делегация в составе: Захаровой Ирины Александровны – директора по персоналу и организационному развитию АО «Улан-Удэнский авиационный завод», Налетова Александра Юрьевича – директора ГБПОУ «Улан-Удэнский авиационный техникум» и заместителя по учебно-методической работе – Сокольниковой Светланы Геннадьевны.

На стратегической сессии прошла защита 130 кластеров различных отраслей федерального проекта «Профессионалитет»: горнодобывающая отрасль, железнодорожная отрасль, легкая промышленность, лесная промышленность, педагогика, машиностроение и другие.
Делегация нашего кластера Машиностроение Республики Бурятия достойно подготовилась к защите: проведена сравнительная характеристика плановых и итоговых показателей программы деятельности кластера, проанализирована система управления кластером, сложившаяся в регионе, дана оценка сетевого взаимодействия в кластере, детально оценена основная профессиональная образовательная программа Профессионалитет по специальностям: 15.02.16 «Технология машиностроения» и 24.02.01 «Производство летательных аппаратов». Дана исчерпывающая информация по расходованию средств федерального бюджета и других источников софинансирования кластера с разбивкой по выполнению ремонтных работ и укомплектованности МТБ зон под виды работ.

Приведена статистика по реализации программы популяризации проекта «Профессионалитет» и проекта Амбассадоры Профессионалитета. Также красной строкой защиты прозвучали критерии взаимодействия техникума с основным индустриальным партнером — АО «Улан-Удэнский авиационный завод».
Эксперты федерального проекта «Профессионалитет» высоко оценили результаты реализации программы деятельности кластера Машиностроение Республики Бурятия: с живым интересом эксперты выслушали доклад по итоговой защите программы деятельности кластера, задали несколько уточняющих вопросов, оценили защиту, как очень прорывную и смелую и удостоили докладчиков аплодисментами.

Проект на этом не закончится: до 2025 года перед кластером Машиностроения поставлены конкретные плановые задачи, а также широкие перспективы развития по новым направлениям и специальностям.
